How do you want to be remembered? What light do you want to capture and hold onto?

I used to sit on my living room floor and splay out every photograph in the house, determined to catalogue memories and see into the past. To me, capturing the seemingly mundane details of your day-to-day life is more important than photographing any one event. I want you to remember the way the light dances across your kitchen floor as you make your coffee, the gentle hand you place on your sons head while he reads, or the warm shadows cast in your bedroom at 7pm. Generations from now, who will be splaying your photos out on the floor, and what do you want them to feel? Our lives and our light are eternal in photographs.
